Over the last 5 years there has been an increase in the number of visitors from approximately 97,000 in 2013 to more than 170,000 in 2017. There has also been a consolidation of the number of visitors in the last 3 years.

1 – The location and opening hours of the Secretariat:
a) The Secretariat works in the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions of Lagoa;
b) The working hours of the Secretariat are as follows:
Until August 14, every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.From August 15 to 28, the Secretariat will operate during Fatacil 2018 times, indicated in section 2.

2 – Date of the fair and its schedules:
a) Fatacil 2018 will run from August 17 to 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.;
b) The assembly period runs from August 15 to 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
c) The dismantling period will take place between August 27 and 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

3 – Ticket price:
a) The individual ticket is priced at € 3.50;
b) The family ticket for 4 people is priced at € 12.50;
c) The bracelet for 10 days is priced at € 20.00;
d) Visitors up to 12 years of age are admitted free of charge, upon presentation of their identification document;

4 – Rent price of spaces and forms of payment:

f) The terms of payment are as follows:
a. 50% of the total amount at the time of registration

a. Check made payable to Município de Lagoa;
b. Bank transfer to the IBAN of the Municipality of Lagoa, to be indicated in the respective Application Form;
c. Cash;

6 – Application process:
a) The registration process is as follows:
a. The interested parties formalize the applications for participation in the fair until 20 April 2018 through a pre-registration form, which is not binding, subject to the approval of the Municipality of Lagoa;
b. Candidates not selected will be informed in writing of the reasoned decision of the Municipality of Lagoa;
c. To the approved candidates it will be sent the final registration forms of Fatacil 2018, with the rules of participation and the General Regulations of Fatacil, to formalize their registration;
d. The registrations are validated through the submission of the duly completed forms, accompanied by the payment provided in the rules of participation;
e. After the full settlement of the amounts owed by the exhibitors, the letters of legitimation will be issued, giving them the right to start the work of assembling their stands.

b) Exhibitors are entitled to the following cards and invitations:
i. The organization does not issue 2nd copies of Free-Transit cards due to its loss or misplacement on the part of the exhibitors and is not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by third parties, by its wrongful use. It is suggested that you immediately inform the organization in writing.
7 – Rules to ensure the proper functioning of the event:
The general rules to ensure the proper functioning of Fatacil 2018 are included in the General Fatacil Regulation, particularly in terms of technical standards, cleaning, security, insurance, etc. These rules are complemented by the following specific rules:

a) Standards for the Catering Industry and Similar Industries:

a. Exhibitors must respect the brands and exclusive suppliers of beverages indicated by the Fatacil 2018 organization, according to prior information;
b. The terrace furniture, waste bins, insect catchers, fire extinguishers and stainless steel countertop for the stove are the responsibility of the exhibitors;
c. The exhibitors must respect the space delimited by the organization for the installation of terraces;
d. Fixed structures such as tents for sun protection are not allowed on the terraces;
e. The organization provides free gas and guarantees the connection and assistance to the exhibitors' stoves;
f. Exhibitors will not be able to change existing electrical, gas and water installations, and their equipment must adapt to the same;
g. The circulation of vehicles during the period of the fair for supply is only allowed between 9.00 and 17.00, and for this purpose they must be accompanied by elements of security or the organization;
h. The organization provides a place for refrigerated vehicles, the exhibitors must inform by August 1, 2018, the type of electrical power required.

b) Standards for the Handicraft Sector:

a. Craftsmen must send the registration form accompanied by the following elements:
i. Profile of the Craftsman duly filled in by all the craftsmen present at the stand;
ii. Photocopy of identity card;
iii. Images with the type of crafts that you want to expose (photos, website, etc.);
iv. Copies of participation diplomas or prizes at handicraft fairs;
v. Photocopy of the Craftsperson's Letter and / or Craft Production Unit issued by the National Commission for the Promotion of Crafts and Craft Micro-enterprises.
b. Craftsmen must request prior authorization from the organization for the installation of furnaces or other equipment, such as gas torches or coal forges, which require the appropriate technical and safety conditions to work live;
i. Traders of endangered traditional crafts who perform live, performing complete pieces from beginning to end and not only finishes, during the 10 days, at least 4 hours per day, may enjoy the exemption provided for in point 2, article 12. of the General Regulations of Fatacil.The exemption will be made at the end of the fair, by reimbursement of the amount paid by the artisan at the time of registration, once it has been proven by the organization that the craftsman worked live the period foreseen to enjoy this benefit.

c. The circulation of vehicles during the period of the fair for supply is only allowed between 9.00 and 17.00, and for this purpose they must be accompanied by elements of security or the organization; The organization provides lodging in cabinets or space for installation of tents or caravans for the craftsmen who previously requested them in the act of inscription in Fatacil 2018;

i. The cabinets will run from August 15 to 27, 2018;
ii. The cabinets are divided into men and women;
iii. Not more than two accompanying people per artisan, whether helpers or relatives, shall be authorized in the rooms of the quarters, in the tents or in the caravans;
iv. No animals are allowed in the facilities of the cabinets;
v. It is not allowed to cook meals inside the rooms of the cabinets with stoves or gas stoves, electric or coal;
vi. Artisans and supporters can not stay in the cabinets and in the area of tents and caravans after 17.00, at which time begins the period of cleaning the facilities.

c) Standards for the Commercial / Industrial Sector:

a. The Technical Request Form and the Exhibited Product Form are an integral part of the Registration Form for the Commercial / Industrial Sector of Fatacil 2018;
b. No aggressive sales techniques are allowed, namely approaches to visitors outside the perimeter of stands or reserved spaces.
c. The organization does not provide mobile or fixed telecommunication services, and the exhibitors intending these services must contract their installation directly to supplier companies.
